Leadamax provides done-for-you outbound services including:
ICP (Ideal Customer Profile) research
Verified and segmented lead list building
Cold email copywriting and campaign setup
Domain and inbox infrastructure setup
Campaign execution, optimization, and reply handling
A meeting-ready lead is defined as a prospect who explicitly expresses interest in connecting (e.g., “Let’s book a time,” “Send your calendar link”).
Leads asking for more info or showing general curiosity are considered meeting ready.
Leadamax may modify outreach strategy, messaging, or delivery methods at any time to improve campaign performance.
3. Payments
Base Fee: Non refundable monthly setup & management fee starting from $500/month.
Per Lead Fee: $100 per meeting-ready lead. Payment is due within 24 hours of lead delivery (with a 2 to 4 day grace period for reasonable cases).
Late Payments: Repeated delays or missed payments may result in campaign suspension or termination.
All payments are final and non-refundable.
4. Contract Term
Minimum term: 2 months (non-cancellable).
After 2 months: Month-to-month renewal with 14-day written notice required for cancellation.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients must:
Respond to Leadamax messages within 48–72 hours
Handle sales calls, follow-ups, and CRM management
Pay for delivered leads on time
Understand that Leadamax guarantees qualified leads, not booked meetings or closed deals
6. Deliverability & Email Platform Disclaimer
While Leadamax follows best practices for domain setup, authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC), and deliverability, we have no control over external email providers (e.g., Google Workspace, Outlook, Microsoft 365).
If Google, Outlook, or any ESP suspends, limits, or “burns” mailboxes due to volume, content, or algorithmic reasons, Leadamax is not responsible for losses, downtime, or performance impact.
Our responsibility is limited to advising best practices and assisting in setup not outcomes determined by third party systems.
7. Data Access & Ownership
Clients retain access to all data inside their own tools (e.g., Smartlead, Clay, Apollo, etc.).
Leadamax retains ownership of its proprietary frameworks, strategies, and automation systems.
Clients may not resell, share, or distribute campaign data or methods without written consent.
8. Communication Policy
Official communication will take place via email to ensure accuracy and record-keeping.
Slack or chat platforms are optional and not considered official communication channels.
9. Termination
Clients cannot cancel during the initial 2-month term.
Either party may terminate afterward with 14-day notice.
Leadamax may terminate immediately for repeated non-payment, communication failure, or policy violations.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Florida, USA.
Disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration in Florida.
Leadamax may recover legal or collection costs resulting from breach or non-payment.
11. Changes to Terms
Leadamax reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms at any time, with or without prior notice.
Continued use of our website or services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Performance or response rates
Market or algorithmic changes
Client-side delays or internal business decisions
Once payment is processed, no refunds or chargebacks will be issued.
2. Lead Quality Guarantee
Leadamax guarantees all leads are genuine and based on real interest expressed by the prospect.
We never fabricate, simulate, or misrepresent lead intent.
Clients pay themselves for every lead that get them upon verification and once paid amount is not refunded.
3. Service Pauses
If a campaign is paused due to late payment, lack of communication, or account suspension, the downtime is not refundable or credit eligible.
Campaigns resume once issues are resolved.
4. Chargebacks & Disputes
Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without prior contact with Leadamax constitutes a breach of agreement.
Leadamax reserves the right to pursue legal or collection action for false or unauthorized chargebacks.
