1. Eligibility

Failure to pay may result in account suspension or termination.

Refunds are handled case-by-case but are generally not guaranteed.

By providing your contact information, you acknowledge and agree that Leadamax may send:

• Service notifications

• Promotional and marketing SMS (if opt-in)

• Appointment reminders and follow-ups

In all cases, Leadamax’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the Services in the previous 12 months (or $100 if unpaid).

You agree to indemnify and hold Leadamax harmless from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and fees resulting from your:

• Misuse of the Services

• Violation of these Terms

• Violation of applicable laws

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any disputes will be resolved in the applicable courts within Florida.

We may update or revise these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted with a new “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
